Serivox Legal
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Serivox, including the public website, customer console, billing flows, support channels, and the Web Hosting, App Hosting, and Email Hosting services made available through the platform.
By creating an account, ordering a plan, using a Serivox service, or accessing the Serivox console, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using Serivox on behalf of a company, client, organization, or other entity, you are confirming that you have authority to accept these Terms for that entity.
Serivox is a hosting platform that provides Web Hosting, App Hosting, Email Hosting, customer account access, billing workflows, and support tied to services and organizations.
These Terms apply to the public site at serivox.com, the customer console, and the services you order or manage through Serivox, unless a separate written agreement applies to a specific relationship.
Serivox currently offers hosting services through product lines including:
Service details, limits, and availability depend on the plan you choose and the product configuration shown in the current Serivox console and pricing pages.
You may not use Serivox in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or disruptive to the platform or other users.
Serivox may act to investigate, limit, suspend, or remove access where we reasonably believe use violates these Terms or puts the platform, customers, or third parties at risk.
Serivox is a paid service platform. Plan pricing, plan limits, billing country, and billing currency are shown in the active pricing and billing flows used by your account.
Service delivery is subject to successful payment confirmation. Additional information about digital service activation and delivery is available in our Delivery & Shipping Policy.
Serivox may suspend, limit, or terminate access to all or part of the service where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, enforce these Terms, address security or abuse concerns, or respond to unpaid or unresolved billing.
We will generally try to preserve clear customer messaging in the console or billing/support flows, but we may act immediately when needed to protect Serivox, customers, or third parties.
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Serivox Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancelling a service does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the current paid period.
Serivox and its platform materials, branding, software, site design, and service interfaces remain the property of Serivox or its licensors.
You retain your rights in the content and materials you upload or configure through the platform, but you grant Serivox the limited rights needed to host, process, route, transmit, back up, review for support purposes, and otherwise operate the services you request.
Serivox depends on third-party infrastructure and integrations to operate parts of the platform, including systems involved in hosting orchestration, email delivery, storage, authentication, and domain or routing workflows.
If you connect your own domains, repositories, email clients, or other third-party tools, you remain responsible for maintaining the rights and access needed for those connections to work.
Serivox works to provide a reliable and usable hosting platform, but the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms do not create an uptime commitment, SLA, guaranteed response time, guaranteed feature availability, or guaranteed uninterrupted operation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Serivox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to the use of the platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Serivox's total liability for claims arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Serivox for the affected services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Serivox harmless from reasonable claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
Serivox may update these Terms from time to time as the platform and business evolve. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the last-updated date.
Continued use of Serivox after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable law governing the Serivox service relationship, subject to any mandatory legal requirements that apply to a particular dispute or customer relationship.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it should be brought in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction over the dispute and the parties, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact Serivox at hello@serivox.com or use the support area in the Serivox console if you already have an account.
