Building with Node.js, Next.js, Python, or .NET? Compare App Hosting.
Payment, provisioning, and a working website are separate steps. Complete each check before directing visitors to the new service.
Website and database management in your Serivox Console.
Add websites, upload files, create databases, and review domain and SSL status.
Create MySQL or PostgreSQL databases within your plan’s shared database count. Use phpMyAdmin for MySQL or pgAdmin for PostgreSQL.
Compare the website, shared storage, email account, and database allowances to choose the plan that fits your needs.
For one website, with 10 GB of shared storage, up to 10 email accounts, and up to 5 databases.
For up to 5 websites, with 25 GB of shared storage, up to 50 email accounts, and up to 20 databases.

Web Hosting is built for teams launching websites, landing pages, and small portfolios that need clear limits and straightforward day-to-day management.
Keep your main website online with clearer limits, visible setup, and simpler day-to-day handling.
Launch product, campaign, and marketing pages without piecing together hosting details manually.
Manage multiple client sites in one service path with plan boundaries that stay readable.
Before going live, review your plan allowances and test your website setup.
Starting a new WordPress site? Follow the installation guide for an empty website.
Moving an existing site? Follow the migration guide instead.
Before a migration or restore, confirm the scope with support and keep a recoverable copy.
Contact support before scheduling a migration. Confirm the application requirements, source access, files, databases, email, and any applicable cost. Buying hosting does not copy an existing website automatically.
Keep the old provider available until the target has been tested and the switch is approved. Moving website files does not move mailbox messages or preserve mail DNS automatically.
The Console can install WordPress, optionally with WooCommerce, on an empty website in your service. This is a new installation, not an importer for an existing site.
Ask support to confirm help with your setup. Theme customization, plugin troubleshooting, site content, and ongoing application maintenance are separate work; do not assume they are included with installation.
Daily backups cover website files, databases, and included email. The retention period is shown on each plan. Restoration through support is included.
Open a support ticket with your service, the resources to restore, and the preferred backup date. Support will confirm the restore point and coordinate recovery. The Console does not provide a one-click full-service restore action. Restoring an earlier copy can replace newer changes, so agree the restore point before proceeding.
Web Hosting includes the mailbox allocation shown in its plan. Those mailboxes belong to that hosting service and use its shared limits. SMail is a separate email-hosting subscription with its own mailbox and storage allowances.
Choose SMail if you want a standalone email service rather than email bundled with website hosting. Neither option includes a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace subscription.
Domain registration is a separate purchase unless the offer explicitly includes it. You can connect a domain you already own or register a new domain separately.
Hosting renewal payment is manual. Pay the full invoice total for your selected billing period. Yearly and longer prepaid plans are paid upfront; the monthly equivalent is only a comparison figure.
Review the invoice total, applicable taxes, and renewal price before paying.
Yes. Website files, databases, and included mailboxes share the service’s storage allowance. A mailbox quota is an individual limit; it does not add extra storage to your plan.
Bandwidth is the data transferred by your websites. Your plan’s bandwidth allowance renews monthly. Exceeding the monthly allowance automatically suspends the service.
Contact support if you need additional bandwidth. Additional capacity is arranged through support for an additional fee.
Both can host websites. Choose Web Hosting for WordPress, PHP, and traditional websites. Choose App Hosting for websites and web apps built with Node.js, Next.js, Python, or .NET, as well as APIs and workers. Static sites can fit either service; choose by your deployment workflow.
